relaxation response
Hello All. Relaxation is one of my favorite ways to destress that I can do at work and at home. Especially when I have a few quiet moments; which is rare at work. The relaxation provided to us on our Unit 2 was easy to use and follow. Guided relaxation is was how I first began to learn this stress management technique, and now that I know how it works, I can "guide" myself. I almost feels like a mini vacation.

Wanted--quiet time
This is a first for me, blogging that is. This week has been extremely busy at work and with two classes starting, I need to do some serious sitting in quiet.
